1Global eSIM activated but offline

العَرَض

1Global plan is installed and shows signal, but the line can't access data. Common across travel eSIMs — usually a Data Roaming or APN issue.

خطوات الإصلاح

  1. 1Settings → Cellular → tap 1Global line → enable Data Roaming.
  2. 2Settings → Cellular → Cellular Data → switch to the 1Global line.
  3. 3On Android, manually add the APN listed in your 1Global order email.
  4. 4Toggle Airplane mode on/off, or reboot the device.
  5. 5Move to a location with stronger signal — basement floors and underground transit can block service.
  6. 6Contact 1Global support if the issue persists after 30 minutes.
