Maya Mobile activation timeout

After scanning the QR code, the device sits at "Activating…" for more than 10 minutes without completing. The plan is in limbo — neither installed nor cleanly cancelled.

- Network connectivity dropped during the activation handshake with Maya Mobile's servers.
- The activation server is temporarily unreachable.
- The QR code was scanned while the device was on Airplane mode.
خطوات الإصلاح
- 1Cancel the pending activation: Settings → Cellular → tap the in-progress profile → Remove eSIM (if available).
- 2Reconnect to a stable Wi-Fi network.
- 3Reboot the device.
- 4Re-scan the QR code, or enter the activation details manually if the code was consumed.
- 5If the code was consumed but installation didn't complete, contact Maya Mobile support for a replacement.
