Ubigi QR code won't scan

When pointing your iPhone or Android camera at the Ubigi QR code, nothing happens — the camera doesn't recognize the code, or the device says "Invalid QR code." This is usually a display issue, not a problem with the code itself.

- The QR code is being displayed at too low a resolution or with reflections obscuring it.
- Your device's camera is dirty or has a screen protector blocking the lens.
- The Ubigi app QR code has expired (Ubigi codes are typically valid for 90 days).
خطوات الإصلاح
- 1Move the QR code to a larger screen if you displayed it on a phone — laptops or tablets work better.
- 2Clean your camera lens and remove any cover that occludes it.
- 3Increase screen brightness to maximum on the displaying device.
- 4If scanning still fails, use Ubigi's "Enter Details Manually" flow: copy the SM-DP+ address and activation code from your Ubigi account and paste them in Settings → Cellular → Add eSIM → Enter Details Manually.
- 5If the manual flow also fails, contact Ubigi support and request a fresh activation code.
