Nomad eSIM installed but no data

Symptom

Nomad plan shows installed with signal bars, but apps and browsers can't load data. Same root cause as similar plans — the line isn't selected for data or Data Roaming is off.

Likely causes

Step-by-step fix

  1. 1Settings → Cellular → tap Nomad line → enable Data Roaming.
  2. 2Settings → Cellular → Cellular Data → switch to the Nomad line.
  3. 3If your device is Android: Settings → Network & Internet → SIMs → Nomad line → enable Mobile data and Data Roaming.
  4. 4If still no data, set the APN manually using the values in your Nomad order email.
  5. 5Toggle Airplane mode or reboot to force network re-registration.
