Saily eSIM connected but no data (APN)
Symptom
Saily shows as active with signal, but mobile data doesn't work. The line has connected to a network but the APN profile is wrong or missing — this is the most common Saily issue on Android devices.
Likely causes
- Android did not auto-configure the APN for the Saily line.
- The APN value supplied in the Saily order didn't match the underlying carrier in your destination.
- Mobile data is enabled on the wrong line.
Step-by-step fix
- 1Locate the APN value in your Saily order confirmation email or the Saily app under your active plan's details.
- 2Settings → Network & Internet → SIMs → tap the Saily line → Access Point Names → add a new APN with the value from Saily.
- 3Save the APN and select it as the active APN for the Saily line.
- 4On iPhone, the APN is configured automatically — if it's still wrong, remove and re-add the eSIM profile.
- 5If issues persist, contact Saily support — they can push a corrected APN remotely on some networks.
